Ceilcote Air Pollution Control offers a complete line of packing
support plates and spray nozzles to compliment our line of Tellerette
Tower Packing. Our standard support plates are available in both
polypropylene and FRP. Spray nozzles are available in polypropylene,
PVC, Tefzel®, and various alloys. Engineering services to assist
in the resign of existing towers to incorporate our internals or
retrofit towers for new processes or regulatory requirements. |
Tower Internals:
- Packing support plates are design to provide maximum
open area, minimize solids deposit, and allow easy flushing and cleanability.
- Supports
are available in corrosion resistant polypropylene or vinylester FRP.
- Full
cone spray nozzles provide uniform liquid distribution.
- Various nozzle
spray angles and flow rates are available.
- Engineering service for existing
tower retrofits can be provided.
