Pilot Equipment For special applications or pre-qualification testing, Ceilcote Air
Pollution Control can provide a variety of pilot equipment depending
on the application. Available configurations are countercurrent scrubbers,
crossflow scrubbers, fluidized-bed scrubbers, and our ionizing wet scrubber
(IWS™).

Countercurrent Scrubber (SPT) Pilot Units
- Multi-stage unit
(up to 3 stages) has a capacity of up to 300 CFM and can be used
to test performance when multiple scrubbing agents are required
- A single stage unit with capacity to 2,500 CFM is also available.
- Pumps, piping, fan and duct are included.
Crossflow Scrubber (HRP) Pilot Units
- Multi-stage unit (up to 2
stages) has a capacity of up to 2,000 CFM and can be used to
test performance when multiple scrubbing agents are required.
- Pumps, piping, fan and duct are included.
Fluidized-Bed Scrubber Pilot Units
- Multi-stage unit (up
to 2 stages) has a capacity of up to 3,050 CFM and can be used
to test performance when multiple scrubbing agents are required.
- Sump
tanks, pumps, piping, fan and duct are included.
Ionizing Wet Scrubber (IWS™) Pilot Units
- Multi-stage unit (up to
2 stages) has a capacity of up to 2,000 CFM and can be used to
test performance when multiple scrubbing agents are required.
